Trustee, Conservator, or Personal Representative Duties Consultation — Hourly

  • If you have been appointed Trustee of a Trust, Personal Representative (Executor) of an Estate, or Conservator for minor children, you are in a fiduciary role. A fiduciary has a legal duty to act ethically in the best interest of another, so it is crucial that you understand your legal and ethical duties. Advance Care Planning In-Depth Facilitation — $300

  • Sometimes family members need help talking about, and planning for, difficult end-of-life issues.

  • This special session is for the person executing the living will and their chosen patient advocate; I will serve as a facilitator to guide you and your patient advocate through the completion of your living will, designation form, and HIPAA authorization.

  • I perform this service as a Respecting Choices® First Steps Advance Care Planning Facilitator, trained by Merilynne Rush, founder of The Dying Year. The session takes up to two hours to complete.
